Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

As many of our products are sourced specifically for each order, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Supplier processing times
  • Courier transit times

  • Public holidays or peak shopping periods

We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


Shipping Partner

Once your order has been prepared, it will be shipped using Aramex South Africa or another trusted courier partner.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

From time to time, Trend Setters SA may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.


Delivery Delays

While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:

If your order is delayed, we’ll keep you updated whenever possible.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order.

Trend Setters SA cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect customer information.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date).

Please include your order number and photos of any damage so we can investigate and assist you promptly.

At this time, Trend Setters SA ships within South Africa only.
