Return & Refund Policy

At Trend Setters SA, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and packaging where applicable.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Screen protectors that have been installed or opened.
  • Clothing that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Phone cases showing signs of use.
  • AirPods accessories that have been opened or used.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

If you’d like a different size or colour, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist, subject to stock availability.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • A damaged or incorrect item – we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • A change of mind or incorrect purchase – the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process above.
